Withdraw from a purchase
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving any reason.
For a digital product, the right ends once the download or access begins, if at checkout you asked for immediate access and ticked the box confirming that you lose the right. Until then it applies in full.
A file that is faulty, incomplete or never arrived is a different matter: we always put it right. See the Refund Policy.

Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe (acting through Link as Merchant of Record under Stripe Managed Payments). After a valid withdrawal, the refund is paid through Stripe to your original payment method, at no cost to you, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. Stripe's buyer terms also apply; they never reduce your statutory rights.
