What we sell and who handles the payment

We publish digital educational guides (PDF files, in English). Nothing is shipped. Payments are processed by Stripe (acting through Link as Merchant of Record under Stripe Managed Payments), which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller: it takes the payment, collects and pays the tax, and issues your receipt. Its contact details are in your receipt and on its website. How the sale works is set out in our Terms, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Please ask us for a remedy first, at info@assayhouse.eu. The full procedure is in section 32 of our Terms. You may also use another competent ADR body or the consumer authority in your own country. The EU online dispute resolution platform is no longer in operation.

What the guides are, and are not

The guides are educational. They are not medical, dermatological, legal or regulatory advice. They do not recommend products or brands, and they do not say whether any product or ingredient is safe or suitable for you. See section 5 of the Terms.

Copyright and trademarks

The Website and the guides (text, structure, layout, graphics and the Assayhouse name and marks) belong to Ivan Zifčák ASSAYHOUSE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Facts, regulatory texts and ingredient names remain public; the selection, compilation and presentation are protected. Third-party names belong to their owners. The licence for each guide is in sections 13 to 15 of the Terms.

We link to public regulatory and scientific sources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it, except where the law makes us responsible.

Responsibility for content

We take reasonable care that the Website and the guides are accurate on their edition date. Rules and products change, so verify time-sensitive points yourself. To report an error, email corrections@assayhouse.eu.
